Keep the Faith

Just because we have not seen
Fulfillment of the Father’s plan
Does not mean we are any less
Held tightly in His mighty hand.
For God is working outside time.
And He is not confined by space.
He will fulfill His promises
In His own time, at His own pace.
So do not be discouraged, friend;
Keep trusting His amazing love.
And know He’s working all things out
As He’s ordained, in Heav’n above.
Then when we reach our Heavenly home,
And finally see things as we should,
We’ll see the plans He had for us
Were always best, and for our good.
“Why do you complain, Jacob? Why do you say, Israel,
‘My way is hidden from the LORD; my cause is disregarded by my God?’
Do you not know? Have you not heard?
The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth.
He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom.
…those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength.
They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary,
they will walk and not be faint.”
Isaiah 40:27-28, 31
