Circle of Life

“If God began Nehemiah’s journey
at the broken Valley Gate
and completed it at a restored one,
we have reason to hope
He will work the same
restorative power in our lives.
… this is full circle.”
*Kelly Minter

“Now to Him who is able to do
exceedingly abundantly
above all that we ask or think…”
Ephesians 3:20 NKJV

God brings our lives full circle,
From broken to restored;
Perhaps back to the place we started,
But unlike before.

For all along the journey,
He helps us learn and grow.
He stretches us beyond ourselves
Until we come to know

Life’s not about the money.
It’s not the jobs or things.
But it’s about relationships –
And joy that loving brings.

Above all, it’s about the Lord
And drawing close to Him –
The letting go, and joy that comes
When He restores again.

So wait and watch with wonder
To see what God will do.
The journey may be long and hard,
But He will see us through.

And when we’ve reached that place where
Our lives have been restored,
Our joy will finally be complete
In service to the Lord.
