Praise Ye the Lord

Written by Lisa DeVinney on . Posted in poetry

Praise the Lord, ye winged with flight;
From river’s edge to mountain’s height.
And praise Him, all ye creeping things,
Which, through Him, move and have your being.

Praise Him, all ye flowers and trees;
Sing songs upon the lilting breeze.
Praise the Lord, O earth and sky;
Lift praises to our Lord, on high!

Praise the Lord, ye ocean waves;
And, far below, ye jeweled caves.
Then join with them, ye sons of men;
Proclaim His glory once again!

“Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD.
Praise ye the LORD.”
Psalm 150:6 KJV
