“Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea,
‘Peace, be still!’ And the wind ceased and there was a great calm.”
Mark 4:39 NKJV
“When Jesus calmed the waves,
the response was immediate…things changed on the spot.
…when we see things changing, we should consider
that God is up to something.”
*Priscilla Shirer
When God’s at work we shouldn’t be
Surprised to see things change.
We know that He can part the waters,
Calm the angry waves.
So if we have been praying and
His voice we long to hear,
A sudden change might be His way
To make things loud and clear.
For when God speaks, it is with pow’r
And great authority.
He wants to leave no doubt that He’s
At work in you and me.
And when He’s made His message clear
We must, without delay,
Respond in faith, determined we
Will trust Him and obey.
