Praise His Holy Name

Written by Lisa DeVinney on . Posted in poetry

Lord, Your music plays upon the wind chimes.
Your fingers rustle through the grassy plains.
You splash bright rainbow colors through the sunsets.
Let all creation praise Your holy Name.

For You place crystal dew drops on the roses.
You fashion snowflakes – no two are the same.
You bring the seasons when they are appointed.
Let all creation praise Your holy Name.

Oh, praise You, Lord, for Your almighty power -
Holding back the seas, without a frame;
Causing tides to rise and fall in rhythm.
Let all creation praise Your holy Name.

Oh Lord, Your awesome glory I proclaim,
And with creation, praise Your holy Name.

“Let every thing that hath
breath praise the LORD.
Praise ye the LORD.”
Psalm 150:6
