Love the website! Easy enough for even a computer novice (if I am even that) and a great resource. Still loving my book too! Thanks for using your talents for The Lord!

Lisa,

What a wonderful poem "Sue's Sock Story" is? Great reminder that God does speak to us through our daily lives if we learn to listen. Thank you for a inspiring story.

Blessings,
Karen

Glad you liked it, Karen. :-) There's so much we can learn about God and the way He's at work in our hearts if we just take time to listen to all those little lessons He wants to teach throughout the day.

Hmm it looks like your blog ate my first comment (it
was extremely long) so I guess I'll just sum it up what I submitted and
say, I'm thoroughly enjoying your blog. I as well am an aspiring blog blogger but
I'm still new to everything. Do you have any recommendations for first-time
blog writers? I'd genuinely appreciate it.

Right here is the right webpage for anybody who hopes to find out about this topic.
You realize a whole lot its almost hard to argue with you (not that I really will need
to…HaHa). You certainly put a fresh spin on a subject that has been discussed for many years.
Excellent stuff, just great!

First of all I would like to say great blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you don't mind.
I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your
thoughts prior to writing. I have had a tough time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there.
I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15
minutes are usually wasted simply just trying to figure out how to
begin. Any recommendations or hints? Many thanks!

Hi Lucy! Thanks for stopping by. As for your question, I probably have a much different approach than what you might expect. I very rarely sit down with the intention of writing. It usually happens when a word, or idea, or phrase pops into my mind (God at work). Then I try to sit down immediately to write it down. I have to have the Lord leading me or it just falls flat. Are you a Christian? And if so, do you pray first to ask for God's leading? That would be my best recommendation. Hope that helps. Blessings on your writing! - Lisa :-)
